It is located at the end of a gravel road, quiet with a view on the surrounding hills, but only 1,5 km from lively Urbania. A 20 minutes walk , for a large part on private road, or a two minute drive.
The house is fully electric, and when the sun shines, solar panels provide sufficient power .
It is surrounded by approximately 3000 m fenced garden.

Pool heating when requested:€20 per day.
Prices include bath and bed linen, cleaning on Wednesday and Saturday (also end cleaning), water and electricity.
We ask a €500 safety deposit.
